Story Details:
BENEATH ARCH CAPE
In the summer of 1985, sixteen-year-old Stephen and his younger brother Jenson are sent from Los Angeles to live with their estranged grandmother in the fog-wrapped coastal town of Arch Cape, Oregon, a place forgotten by time, where the waves crash like warnings and secrets sleep beneath the cliffs.

Their new home, perched at the edge of a rotting bluff, was once a supply depot for the Tillamook Rock Lighthouse known to locals as “Terrible Tilly.” It’s said to be cursed, and long abandoned. But when the brothers stumble upon a tunnel beneath their grandmother's old cabin, they ignite a trail of clues they were destined to follow.

Rumors say their great-grandfather Clive Addler was the leader of a 1950s bank-robbing crew who vanished with a fortune. The town remembers him as a villain. The government doesn’t mention him at all. But what if the truth is far worse, and far more heroic?

Joined by two local sisters, Stephen and Jenson uncover a Cold War-era conspiracy hidden in the bones of the Oregon coast. Soviet mercenaries. Smuggling tunnels.
Traps. Gold. Lies.
And one man who gave everything to stop a silent invasion no one ever knew was coming.

He died a traitor.
They’ll make sure he’s remembered as something else.

Beneath Arch Cape is a chilling, atmospheric mystery-thriller that blends coming-of-age adventure with Cold War paranoia.
